My Results Following the Medical Medium Diet (4 Month Update)

For the past 4 months, I’ve been diligently following Medical Medium’s diet that is designed to heal the liver and reduce inflammation in the body. The results have been remarkable and truly life-changing, and it’s likely that I will continue to eat this way for the rest of my life.

I found Anthony William, the Medical Medium, on Instagram in early April and have been following his diet recommendations ever since.

Before going on the Medical Medium protocol, I’ve struggled with weight gain, bloating, brain fog, low energy, adult acne, and eczema. I’ve searched for natural cures and tried different things to remedy these problems, but nothing really worked. That all changed when I started following his diet recommendations. As soon as I cleaned up my diet, I started seeing real results quickly.   

Here are my results so far:

  1. No more bloating
  2. I’ve lost weight effortlessly
  3. My eczema outbreaks are less severe and frequent
  4. My digestion is much better
  5. My mood and energy have improved dramatically
  6. The biggest breakthrough for me is that I have fewer breakouts and improved skin texture. I don’t need to wear makeup anymore and my skin is clear and glowing.

The Medical Medium protocol

Being on the Medical Medium protocol means that I follow a diet that’s rich in healing fruits and vegetables and low in fat and protein. 

I’ve also been strict with avoiding the NO foods which are:

  • Junk food/processed food
  • Refined sugar
  • Aspartame
  • Eggs
  • Dairy
  • Gluten
  • Corn
  • Canola oil
  • Soda
  • Soy
  • Vinegar
  • Alcohol

You might look at this list and think that it’s very limiting to eat this way, but I can honestly say it’s not that hard. It just requires a lifestyle change and some discipline.

I eat a lot of organic fruits, vegetables, gluten-free pasta, rice, quinoa, smoothies, acai bowls, and freshly made juices. Every morning, I drink 14 ounces of celery juice on an empty stomach. I eat vegan Monday to Friday and indulge in small quantities of chicken and fish on the weekend.

I don’t deprive myself on this diet. I’m not perfect and occasionally eat gluten and corn but in small quantities (but I always notice that I get eczema flare-ups when I do so).

I also enhance my diet with supplements, which Anthony Williams recommends doing as well. I take Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Zinc, Milk Thistle, L-Lysine, and Cats Claw to strengthen my immune system.

Why the Medical Medium protocol works

According to the Medical Medium, the reason why people experience health issues is because of pathogens and toxicity from heavy metals. Because our modern world is so heavily polluted, virtually everyone has some form of pathogens and heavy metals in their body. People actually inherit them from their parents and accumulate more throughout their life.

Eating a Standard American Diet (aka The SAD Diet) is very hard on the liver, the colon, and other organs, and when an invader like a virus or bacteria is in the body, it wreaks havoc on the immune system.

Going on an alkaline diet that is high in healing fruits and vegetables heals the body and assists with fighting off these invaders. It’s also crucial to eliminate all of the no foods listed above because they slow down your liver, feed pathogens, and lead to so many health problems that people experience today.
