A trend that I’m really into lately is the open back sweater. I like it because this sweater is a little bit sexy while also being comfortable and cozy at the same time. Because I live in Australia right now, our winters here in Brisbane never really get that cold, so the open back sweater is a practical option for those cooler days.
I found this sweater online on Boohoo and it was so affordable that getting it was really a no-brainer. The shipping took less than a week, which I was very pleased with. Due to the very low price point, the fabric isn’t the best quality, but the sweater is comfortable to wear because it’s thick and not itchy.
I really like the fact that this sweater is a mauve-grey colour which makes it easy to wear with most items in my wardrobe. My style is pretty minimal and basic and I always gravitate towards neutral colours. I paired this open back sweater with skinny jeans from American Eagle and my favourite pointy-toe booties from Nine West.
