Every engagement starts the same way: with clarity about what’s actually happening on the ground — not just what the project plan says.

I use a structured three-part approach to stabilize communication, align leaders, and build a messaging system that works:

  • Diagnose – Uncover the real causes of confusion, resistance, or readiness gaps.
  • Define – Build the core narrative, stakeholder strategy, and message architecture that gives teams direction.
  • Deliver – Execute with structured OCM plans, clean writing, steady leadership support, and consistent communication rhythm.

Who I Work With

I partner with transformation leaders, program directors, HR executives, and communications teams inside mid- to large-scale organizations navigating complex change — ERP implementations, system integrations, corporate restructuring, and culture shifts.

I work in two ways:

Contract & embedded roles — As a senior OCM and communications lead embedded within your program team for the duration of a transformation. This is where most of my work lives.

Project engagements — As an external partner brought in to diagnose, build, or reset a specific piece of the change or communications architecture. The Clarity Diagnostic™ is the entry point for this work.

Why This Work Matters

I built this practice after years inside large organizations where communication often felt fragmented. Teams weren’t tired of the work — they were tired of translation. Not because they couldn’t change, but because they couldn’t see the change clearly.

I started Ana Magana Communications to close that gap — combining rigorous OCM methodology with communications craft that actually reaches people. Because when employees understand the story, change stops being something that happens to them and starts being something they’re part of.
