There’s nothing like a delicious smoothie to fill you up and quench your thirst.

This healthy smoothie is full of wholesome ingredients that are high in antioxidants, like açai berry powder and goji berries. It is sweetened with Medjool dates, one of nature’s most delicious natural sweeteners.

Try this smoothie next time you’re feeling like a refreshing energy buzz!

Ingredients:

Serves 2
• 1 cup of strawberries
• 1 cup of frozen wild blueberries 
• ¼ cup of goji berries
• 3 Medjool dates, pitted
• 1 cup of almond milk
• 1 cup of water
• 1 lime, cut into squares (optional)
• 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried acai berry powder
• 1 handful of ice

Method:

Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. If you wish, you can garnish your smoothie with lime squares or extra strawberries, raspberries, and goji berries. Enjoy!
