4 Beautiful Fall Makeup Trends You Need to Try

Fall is a wonderful time to experiment with makeup trends like vampy lips, smokey eyes and bold makeup looks. This year there are so many interesting looks to try! I searched Instagram for some good examples because I wanted to show you some fun and different makeup looks that you can try this season. If you’re tired of your usual makeup routine, give these gorgeous fall makeup trends a try. These four makeup trends are, in my opinion, some of the most beautiful and wearable ones.

Vampy Lips

Unleash that dark side and embrace deeper shades for fall. I love mauve, plum, wine, oxblood and deep burgundy for this time of year. To get this look, exfoliate your lips with a toothbrush and apply lip balm so that your lips are smooth and hydrated prior to lipstick application. Next, line your lips with a long-wearing lip liner because it will keep the lipstick in place. Then apply the berry-hued lipstick colour of your choice and voila! Your bold lips are ready with minimal effort.

Smokey Eyes

Fall is a great time to start experimenting with smokier and sultrier eye make up. This season, try a combination of orange, deep green, burgundy and brown eyeshadows to get that smokey look that’s perfect for the fall. The end result is absolutely beautiful!

Smudged Eyeliner

This 90’s grunge trend is back in style and it’s relatively easy to achieve because it doesn’t require perfection. Get that sexy look by smudging your black eyeliner across your upper and lower lash line. Complete the look with black volumizing mascara to make your eyes pop.

Metallic Eyes

The last trend is metallic accents on the eyes, both on the upper lid and lower lash line. For this look, you can use either metallic liquid eyeliner or frost-finish eyeshadow. Some popular colours you can try are copper, emerald green and deep purple. Just remember to apply primer to your eyelids before eyeshadow application. It helps to keep your eyeshadow in place and really make the colour and shimmer pop.
